Low Cost Initial Advice
– Fixed Fee Interviews

On many occasions clients need some initial legal advice without wanting to commit themselves by formally instructing us. We therefore offer what is called a Fixed Fee Interview, which enables clients to give us some basic information as to the problem and for us to give some advice as to possible options as to how the matter might be resolved.

The fee for half an hour of advice is £60.00 plus VAT (March 2011).

As the Fixed Fee rate is a concession clients are only permitted to have one Fixed Fee Interview in respect of each matter which they wish to discuss.

There is no limit to the number of Fixed Fee Interviews that clients may have on different subjects.

All Departments within the firm at both our Offices offer Fixed Fee Interviews.
